should i have turkey or chicken breast for lunch..and some PB???
and whats a good carb source..??

whats a good carb source that is small and i can carry and eat while in class???

Just a thought. You are taking 15 g of creatine in Daily. This may or may not be an accessive amount. Going by the book 10 g should suffice but i dont believe that. I weight 156 and take 10 g a day. Creatine will cause you to retain a few extra pounds of water. Depending on how important the creatine is to you you may want to cut back. But i could b wrong. Any thoughts?

ok first off./. ive been on creatine for about a year straight.. i was thinking about comming off...as well as glutamine but i havent been taking it as long as i have creatine..
ill probably be staying on this diet for a decent amount of time.. because after the season im going to be lifting 4 days a week and also doing brazilian ju-jitsu.
and i will porbably use PPA, or xenadrine cycling on and off to keep my body fat low.. cause i want to rip up.

lets get a sample diet
5 gram glutamine..
before morning lift-fruit-creatine during and after
before morining run..just flax

after morning workout
triple threat 2\3 or a full serving?? and fruit??
2nd period (this is ruff cause im in school) the best ive been doing are granola bars..
lunch-2 turkey-cheese..tuna fish. or turkey or chicken breast \sandiwches..w\ low fat mayo if ne.. and fruit

before practice- oranges and fruit

after practice
creatine and glutamine in juice..
whey protien

should i have a set dinner..or should i eat whatevers for dinner..its usaully a pretty decent meal..pasta chicken rice steak..etc

is dextrose that inportant post work out..or is gatorade or Oj or another jucie effeiceint??
