My meals are 600-400-600-400-600. Here is the problem. I go to school from morning until 2. Can I eat smaller meals in the morning and have 3 bigger meals after I get home when I am relaxed? I used to diet and eat the bigger meals early and taper off as the day progressed but is the CKD diet different since there are no spikes? Also, should 30-40 low to medium cardio be done while in ketosis or 20 HIIT. Thanks, you are the man!
