help me with my split???

Workout on mon tues thurs and fri

my question is I'm sore on tues. after my chest workout on monday

maybe I should do a 3 day split.

mon wednsday fri

what do you think?

btw I'm just starting on deca and it hasn't kicked in yet but I'm working out balls to the wall anyway is this okay?

How do you like to break up your muscle groups. That pretty much dictates how you split your workout. I usually lift four days a week- Mon-chest/tri Tues-back/bis Thurs- legs Fri-shoulders. I'm normally not hindered by soreness in the chest and tris enough to take away from my work out. If the week end is out of the question as well as moving to an eight day training schedule you could try doubling up on fridays with legs/shoulders. I've done this before and never had problems from overtraining.
 
doesnt matter that youre sore on tues ... i do

mon -chest
tues - back
wed- arms
thurs -shoulders
fri-legs

so it doesnt matter how sore my chest is, it doesnt affect my back workout. and its usually not sore for more than 2 days
 
yea I went and did back yesterday cause I figured go to it you pussy and quit crying. It all went well and I'll keep my four day split. thanks bro's
