Workout on mon tues thurs and fri
my question is I'm sore on tues. after my chest workout on monday
maybe I should do a 3 day split.
mon wednsday fri
what do you think?
btw I'm just starting on deca and it hasn't kicked in yet but I'm working out balls to the wall anyway is this okay?
