wed-shoulders,back,forearms
thurs-rest
fri- re- mondays w/o
sat-re-tuesdays w/o
sun- rest
supps-whey,glutamine,multi-v,xenadrine~~~gear***
eating like a horse
anyone that can tell me anything good or bad about this help...
