T-ROWS 3 TO 4 SETS HEAVY
CABLE ROWS 3 SETS HEAVY
DUMBBELL ROWS 3 SETS
ONE TO TWO SETS OF PULLUPS AT THE END OF MY WORKOUT TO GET A GOOD BURN.
IS THIS TO MUCH OR NOT ENOUGH FOR WHAT I'M TRYING TO ACHIEVE.
