Last Monday when benching I felt a sharp pull when benching (my strength has gone up really quickly recently). I stopped the chest workout, as it felt really sore. It has been feeling better each day, but this morning I looked in the mirror and noticed that it has a really light bruise across the upper half. It’s at least 60% of my chest. It also looks a little swollen. I was gonna work it out lightly today but could it be more serious than It feels?
