Helladrol Cramps

litre

New member
Hey guys currently at end of week 2 for my Helladrol cycle. Everything is going good. Coming off a bit of a cold so I have been feeling a little off but training is good. Strength is starting to go up a little bit.

Anyways my question is how do I stop calf cramps? I notice they really get sore when running, walking fast, playing hockey, and doing calf raises. It's pretty bad, stings and I get that lock feeling where my calf locks up and I can't maneuver my foot properly. I feel pretty dumb having to stop playing hockey half way through because my lower leg/foot locks up.

My diet is high protein, fairly low carbs. Also taking multi, fish oil, creatine, bcaa and protein. Try to drink lots of water not as much as some people but usually shoot for 6-8 bottles of water / day.

Hey bro, sounds.like you are experiencing a pretty common side effect of aas. You might have heard of this referred to before as back or calf "pumps". Sometimes these can become painful enough that you can't work that body part as you would like too. I get calf pumps like that from certain compounds, others give me bad back pumps. You can try taking some taurine. This is the only thing that I know of that helps. If that doesn't do it you may have to lower your dosage and maybe try a different PH next time.

I ran superdrol in the past, as well as a cycle of test e, dbol.
But back then I didn't play any sports I just lifted so it wasn't a problem.

Playing hockey requires a lot of foot quickness, and mine has gone downhill with these cramps. I'm good for the first 10-15 minutes then it starts to almost hurt. Calfs down to foot get a wicked pump feeling and I can no longer do much. Even felt it brisk walking from car to work. 200-300' walk.

It's good in the gym to have this feeling, just amazing pumps. But not so much when you're doing aerobic movements.

Maybe I will grab some taurine and give it a try.
