Anybody use this with a high metabolism
I am eating atleast a full box with 93% lean ground beef or a 6oz can of tuna.
Should i add more then a lb of lean ground beef or 6oz tuna.
I think the only con is higher sodium content.
Decent bulk/lean muscle food for a meal
If not can you suggest some other easy meals to cook up
