Guess who got cleared to train finally?(rotator content)

ME motherfuckers!!!!! Its only been 13 months!!!

If you take a look at my avatar I was 269. Got up to 280(bout 18% bf). Last July shoulders just had enough. Got rotator cuff tendonitis so fucking bad I couldnt even hold my cell phone up without intense burning. Both sides. infra and superspinatis (or however its spelled). My tricep/elbow insertions were a problem spot too and also being treated) So i lost alot of size and got fat. Yay. Now.....I have been doing cardio non stop and diesting for the last 4 months. I'm down to 223, and also off BP meds and my BP has never been better. 115/65 would be an average. Doing so much high intensity cardio my resting HR is around 50.
Tried everything from July 2010 to april 2011. Nothing worked. Highly touted orthos I saw were idiots. Everyone wants to band-aid the problem. I am amazed how much medicine is still in the stone age. I'm suprised they didnt hit me with sticks, sprinkle grass on me, rub berry juice on me and bleed me with leeches.
So I finally got up the cash to see my prolotherapy doc (insurance doesnt cover it). He is a "Muscoskeletal specialist". His explanations and facts and shit made me sit there thinking why do these orthos go to school? He made them all look like morons. It seemed so simple and just utter common sense all the reasons my injuries were how they were and what was needed to fix ect ect... It helps that he wasnt just after my money too. He's really into what he does.
So anyways, Just had my final prolo treatment yesterday. 7-10 days I'm good to go at my own discretion and on a call as needed with my doc.
2 days before each of my treatments (once a month) I would go do a chest, tri workout. So that I could make the problems flare up so he would know exactly where to treat. Each month I could feel the shoulders getting tighter and able to take more use without burning.
So now, the plan is:

1) not to ever take being able to train for granted again!!!!

2) keep up with rotator strengthening routine religiously(im using diesel crew's youtube vid.) Excellent!

3) Take from sept 2011 til the end of april 2012 (8 mos!!!!) and slowly ease myself into training and build my strength back to where it should be.

4) put on as much natural size as possible while continuing to cut down to single digit bf%

5) may 2012 - run 16 week test/primo come back cycle.
