ground beef nutrients

I'm trying to find a good estimate, and i can't seem to find one on the net anywhere. I have a lb of extra lean (7% fat) ground beef with no nutrition label. I would just like to know the basic stuff to it, cals/protein/fats ... anyone know? I'm lookin for the figures after the meat is cooked...so where it would be 16oz uncooked, it is down to 12 3/4's cooked...thanks guys!

ya think 2lbs of extra lean ground beef, and 2 packages of macaroni and cheese mixed together, a long with 3 other 25-30g protein meals a day would be good for a bulking diet?

From the mac and 2lbs beef alone I would be getting:

2526 calories
191g's protein
96g's carbs/14 sugar carbs

A lot of fat though, although im not too worried about that, as im at about 9-10%BF right now...

As far as the other three meals, I'll have something different in the morning cereal/fruit/milk or eggs/fruit/milk something like that, and there will be 2-3 protein shakes throughout the day...
Any suggestions from anyone? or will this be aright?
 
you will get sick of the mac n cheese w/ beef very quickly. mix it up. go to an all-you-can-eat chinese place and fill up with cashew chicken or something every once in a while. have fun
