Hello,
I'm Mrs. Jnuts, I've been reading all the posts and thought I'd introduce myself and I also need some advice.
I'm planning on doing a Figure comp. June 11. I've been training 4 days a week, cardio 4-5 a.m. on an empty stomach. I'm taking T-rex, eating fairly clean, but need some help w/ratios. I've been following Daisy's plan but sometimes I don't get all my meals in due to running kids here and there etc.
I turned 40 in Nov. 5'5 aprox. 135 lbs. I'm getting my Bf taken tomorrow. My prob. area is my stomach. My legs and arms are fairly good but my glutes and ab's are soft.
