im 5ft 9,21%bf,i wieght 160 pnds
breakfast: 4 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal
meal 2: 1 can tuna and 12 thin slices of turkey
workout
meal 3: supreme 30 g protein bar
meal 4: 2 4 oz chicken breast
meal 5: 2 more chicken breast
meal 6: tuna and 12 slices of turkey
meal 7: 25 g protein muscle milk
im wondering if this is too much protein and if i can get by on this b.c im kind of on a budget
