im 5ft 9,21%bf,i wieght 160 pnds

breakfast: 4 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal

meal 2: 1 can tuna and 12 thin slices of turkey

workout

meal 3: supreme 30 g protein bar

meal 4: 2 4 oz chicken breast

meal 5: 2 more chicken breast

meal 6: tuna and 12 slices of turkey


meal 7: 25 g protein muscle milk

im wondering if this is too much protein and if i can get by on this b.c im kind of on a budget
please feel free to comment or improve
 
nah, i'd say you need more protein....
21% is still kinda high in bf% so i dont know if musclemilk is the best choice because of its high fat content.
try something like this.

meal 1 - 6 eggs, 3 pieces toast

meal 2 - 50+g protein shake

meal 3 - 2 chicken breasts, any green veggies!

workout

meal 4 - PW shake, preferably a smoothie with different things in it such as berries, yogurt, All natural PB, oats, flaxseed and whey. you can also just eat a bumch of almonds and blueberries as a meal, but i'd do that at meal 4 or 2 only because you need a couple of big meals.

meal 5 - Tuna, Salmon, or Red Meat. butternut squash, asparagus, spinach, broccoli, or any other tasty green.

meal 6 - Casein Protein.... Cottage Cheese or A Casein protein shake, or even a glass of milk if you don't have any.

Carbs? Fat? How many cals? Whats you maintenance level cals? What are your goals?

You need to add fat to this diet, preferably good EFA fats. IE nuts, olive oil, flax, fish oil.

I would add more carbs in the first half of the day and add more fats in the evening.

Add figrous green veg (broccoli is best) to each meal where possible.

Figure out your BMR ( see stickies). You will need to go considerably over BMR to make worthwhile gains.

Post up ur bmr + answers once you have it and we can take it from there
