In about a month Im gonna start a hardcore cut diet.
By then Im guessing Ill be around 100kgs.
Im 18 years old and a guess of about 15-17 percent body fat.
I have recently finished a tub of that gainer protien powder with carbs. As I am finished it Im taking 1 week of training and no supps. (I do this all the time). I will try to be doing alot of cardio in this week.
I will be buying a simple low carb Protein Powder.
ok so heres a few diet related questions:
1) Should I have Protein/fat/carbs every meal or just stick to either a protein/carb or protein/fat meal, or 1 of each every 2nd meal.
2) Is lots of fruit ok (say about 2-3 apples and possibly grapes)
3) Lots of veggies good? (Carrots green Leafies, plain white Potatos)
4) Is a scoop if Powerade Powder with my Carbless shake ok Post Workout?
5) ANPB? Eat much or not? Also Because I really binge could I have a TSP and say a can of Diet coke/Coke Zero to releive myslef? I hear the ANPB really takes away Cravings.
6) Any carbs at night? say 2 hours before bed?
7) Cardio? Yes or No? If yes how much how often for how long? I would ratehr be doing jogs/runs up the road. Also When Feasible should I do daily cardio in the morning on an empty stomach? This might only be once or twice a week.
8) Supps. Creatine ok? Also I have some test boosting tablets (tribulas wild yam, the usuall) Continue using them whilst cutting?
9) Should I decrease the size of my meals in general. I think atm Id be gettig around 2500-3000cals per day.
10) Packet pasta: chessy Carbrona, Macoroni etc. Yes or No and what about plain pasta in general?
Wow alot of questions, but please help me with what you can. Looking to gte under 10% BF if possible like maybe 6-7 would be really good.
