You might find that doing the cardio actually gives you more energy.
I have this problem too since I work out late at night. Sometimes I am so exausted when I first get out of bed, but I feel energized after doing cardio.
If you can't force yourself to get moving in the morning, maybe you could do it post workout at night.

I feel really not like myself today. I just got back from the store and i felt like just weird, i have an obscenely bad headache and just feel like the air has been knocked outta me. I am really really stressed out right now too, so that doesn't help. WIsh this flippin' headache would LEAVE!! I have taken my ibuprofens and to no avail.

m2: 1/3 c. oatmeal
m3: 3-4 oz lean roast and about 4 oz sweet potato w/spray(ICBINB)and cinn. :p
diet pepsi (even the caffeine aint helpin :worried: ) I bet aunt f. is just around the corner :evil: she's behind this.... :lmao:
 
m4: 6 triscuits
m5: 1/2 c. green beans, 2 pieces pizza :worried:
m6: protein shake

bicep curls 3/10 w/14 lbs 2/10 w/10 lbs
lying tricep ext 3/15 w/ 2/10 dbs
hammer curls 3/15 10lbs
french press 3/12 w/ 14lb

m1: pro shake w/ 1/3 c. 1% cott cheese, 2 st.berries, 1 scoop whey
1/3 c. oats w/splenda and cinn.
 
Hey buns....no unfortunately, headache is still livin' large :evil: But I now know it's aunt flo. Well, at least i missed last months ;) so i'll count myself lucky!

Urrrgggggg! The hormonal headaches are the WORST!!!!! I use to get them all the time.
 
m2: handful of almonds
m3: can tuna 5-6 whole wheat ritz crackers, 1-2 tsp mir. whip lite, mustard
*ate a handful or two of red. fat cheez nips(oops) got hungry. :worried:
m4: 1 small potato baked, about 6 oz roast w/gravy(roast was made in crock w/ onion soup mix, and fatfree cream of mush. soup. Hope this isn't bad to eat, cuz i've ate it the last few days.

flyes 3/15 10 lbers
bent over rows 3/15 14 lbers
shoulder press 3/10 14 lbers (started to arch my back at last couple) :worried:
upright rows 3/15 10 lbers
front raises 3/10 8 lbers
I REALLY want to get some shoulders. I have always hated my "downhill" shoulders, and am determined to get some. I figure I'd better up the weight. It was a struggle, but i managed to squeak some out. :)

*m5: pro shake (put a strawberry in the shake and ate 3 others, was this a no-no b4 bed????) night!! :sleeping:
