I have a bench that folds up and has 3 positions. But it does not have a place to put a bar for chest presses or the leg ext. thing. It's just strictly a bench.
but..but.. i like my bench! I just got it like a month ago.
Plus i workout in my bdr. and i can fold it and put it out of the way.
Now in the garage i have a cheapy cable type gym. But some of the exercises i cannot do on it because of my size(too small). I can however do some pulldowns, leg ext, chest presses, on it.
One of these days when we add on to our house we are going to invest in a nicer home gym that dh and i will both use. He'd like to bulk up a bit, but stay really lean( like he is). He is a bball player and likes being that way, but would like to get some more definition.
I am going to get some heavier dumbells for the time being...like maybe 15's i guess.
Oh! My apologies...all I meant was that you needed bigger dumbbells. If your bench had bar supports, I was going to suggest a way to help you get under the bar for a squat, so that is why I asked. I wasn't knocking your bench.
OOooh exciting!! thanks guys for keeping a check on me and getting my butt in gear!!!!
Yeah the squatting is a problem. And i don't want to have to depend on someone to help me. Getting the bar up is quite a feat, and I feel like i would like to move up in weight on the squatting, back exercises, bicep exercises. But, I don't think i'm ready for more weight with the shoulders yet.
Hello elite peeps!
I am still alive. Just having some trouble with discipline
I have not been following the plan. I have threw myself behind and am regretting it. Gosh sometimes i have the hardest time staying on track. It's a mental thing, and i have to beat it somehow. I do great for a while and then boom...just pitiful!!
I am planning on starting fresh tomorrow morn.
