m4:can tuna (3/4) 2 tsp mir. whip lite, mustard, 5-6 triscuits(reg.)

m5: 3-4 oz ground beef patty w/ 3 tbs salsa and large pinch of low fat cheddar, 3/4 brocolli

treadmill on empty stom. 1.5 mi. incline part of the time and then just increased and decreased speed each min. until finished.

m1: pro shake (3 strawb.+1 tbs s/f f/f banana pudd, mix) + 1 scoop whey, h20
