m1: pro shake w/ light n fit straw. yog ( 1/2 c.)
m2: 16 almonds
m3: l/c mission tortilla w/ sara lee chicken, lite mir. whip, lettuce
m4: boneless pork, 1 baked potato with icbinb spray
m5: 3 triscuits red.fat, 1 tsp anpb, water
night night!!
p.s : going to a water park w/ dh and the kids tomorrow so i won't be logging till wed.
