GetnFit.... No worries mate! ;) Your not alone as mermie says! We all go through this! Im with you too. I'm not eating bad... just WAY too much, and not being able to work out cause of physical injury :rolleyes: Neverthaless.... It still sucks...but it feels good to feel like your not alone! So, just know that your not chica!!! ;) New month/ new week... TOMORROW it is :)

m4: 3-4 oz roast, sm. baked potato, salad w/ lite ranch, water

3/15 st.leg deads bout 32 lbs on bar
3/15 squats bout 42 lbs on bar (upped by 10lbs :) )dh had to put it on my shoulders :rolleyes:
3/15 plie squats 2/10 lb dbs
3/15 calf raises (single leg 1/10 lb db
bicycles(guess that's what their called) 3/15 per side

m5: pro shake w/ s/f banana pudd. mix
 
I am so totally exhausted this morning. I slept in toooo late and did not do the cardio i planned.
I'm thinking its the workout last night that made me so tired. I dunno what else it could be.
If I feel this way I feel like I should skip any more exercise. Of course tonight I will go ahead and do back/chest or arms/shoulders. I just don't have the energy to do the cardio.
Is this bad? I have a lot of belly fat and some fat in other areas to rid. Unsure what to do.

m1: pro shake w/ 1 scoop whey, 2 ice cubes, 6 oz water, 1/4c. s/f f/f straw. yogurt(lightnfit), 2 frozen strawb.
