Hey I've recently been drinking these because we get them for free after weight lifting and conditioning (D1 Baseball) and I was just wondering what you guys think of them. I cant really find the nutrition facts online but I was just curious about your takes on this product.
I'm willing to bet anything it's got 25gs of protein or less. Mainstream corporate America considers anything 10gs and over of protein to be protein packed! Find out the nutrition facts, it should have a label right on the packaging, and if I'm right, mix it with a serving of whey and u're good to go.
Of course, nothing replaces using your meal plan to go to the cafeteria and stuff ur face.
