i would suggest a fresh start on diet. for growth try this

chicken or beef, whole grain anything broccoli or spinach

fish chicken beef or eggs mixed green salad with onions and peppers whole grain bread

right before bed whole eggs
drink plenty of water all day. take a milti v. divide 2.5g protein, 2g carbs, .5+ g fat per lb bw between these meals ed. after a w/o add a high carb whey shake. eat an apple in the evening and a bananna in the morning ed. make sure you have at least 2 meals in you before you hit the gym. if you are going to miss a cooked meal use a shake made in milk with a couple eggs in it.
