Fruit while cutting?

I was wondering how much fruit i should eat while cutting. Right now i am doing cardio in the am for 45 min. I eat 1 banana b4 i go to the gym. Then after work at 5:00pm i go back to the gym to weight train and sometimes more cardio. This is a sample of my diet for 1 day, my goal being to keep the muscle i have and lose the very bottom of stomach....
7:00am-2 scoops whey iso, half an apple and oatmeal
9:30am-chick breast and sweet potato
12:00pm-chick breast and sweet potato
2:00pm-chick breast and sweet potato
4:00pm-tuna on wheat and fiber bread
7:30pm-2 scoops of whey iso immediately after weight train
8:30pm-8 to 10 egg whites
I usually add in a grapefruit or some strawberries. Sorry for the long post but any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

whole lot of carbs (potatoes) in that diet. Generally speaking, fruits are a matter of choice. You have a limited amount of cals/day in your diet. How you use them will determine your results. Normal cutting macros will tend to be a bit higher on the prot side, leaving less cals for carbs (like fruit).

If you eat more fruit, you are eating up cals that could be used for good fats or prot.

How many cals and what macros does all that amount to?

By my calculations its this:
Fat-50g(also take fish oil and ANPB somedays)
Cal-2000
carbs-150g
protein-225g
that may not be exact but pretty close, any suggestions?

Yes i eat a banana in the morn before cardio. I am 5'9" and about 165lbs with about 13%bf. I want to get rid of the fat at the bottom of my stomach more than anything.

well bro, no carbs before morning cardio, bananes are high in fructose (fruit sugar).

" Containing three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose - combined with fiber; a banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy.

Research has proved that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. No wonder the banana is the number one fruit with the world's leading athletes. "

check that out, it turns out, your entire cardio can be fueled from the banana you ate, thus not tapping into the "reserves" you have hanging at your sides.

So, no Banana before cardio, have a cup of coffee instead and hit the threadmill, you can have the banana afterwards.

as per the cals, with 165lb and 13% you could be eating in the 1900-2300 cals range, not lower than that though. Your macros are somewhat OK, I would however, lower your carbs until 120grs/day and increase fat (GOOD EFA) till 60-65 grs/day.

You will see, by making these changes, there is barely any room for fruits anymore

One more thing, i eat tuna once a day usually and sometimes the sauce i mix it with gives it over 1000mg of sodium. Will that effect my goals?? Thanks for all your help!

The sodium might give you a little bit of a bloating effect and could effect blood pressure. If neither of those are concerns for you then by all means go for it. I'm not saying you should be consuming 300,000mg of sodium daily and be ok, but that 1000mg is not going to prevent you from shedding fat. Just drink a lot of water. Ideally, however, sodium is to be limited to as little as possible..
