Fruit - enough is enough

OK,

I started a keto about 5 months ago, it lasted for about 8 weeks. Since then, I have avoiaded fruit, because...wel i dont know.

Im on a very clean bulk and so have avoided sugars. However it struck me the other day....what the hell am I doin!!!

So Im incorporating fruit back into my diet, probably morning and PWO.

What do you guys do? Whats you favoured fruits (and why)/ times to eat em? Low GI Fruit?

Thanks in advance

My absolute all time favorite..... Frozen Blueberries or Raspberries mixed in oats with skim and splenda. Berries can't be beat imo. Breakfast and PWO only for me.

i eat tons of fruit. sometimes I'll eat 2 cans of tuna along with a banana, an orange, and an apple with peanut butter. I probably eat 15 servings of fruit and veggies a day.

people think fruits are bad because of all the sugar and how it 'Spikes" your insulin. well fruits don't spike insulin, so i dont think having a banana post workout would maek a difference then a cup of brown rice. fruits have to pass through the liver to get broken down into glucose (the bodys source of energy). so fruits arent exactly a sipmple carb, it more like a complex carb. but the nutrients and vitamins in the fruits are so beneficial. but cc, i like fresh fruit more then frozen fruit, bananasa, golden apples, cantoulopes, blueberries, theyre all good.
