I'm coming back from an injury so I'm still using weights I can handle easily however...
I do 2 worksets consisting of 12 reps per exercise and I love it. I've been growing back into my pre-injury size and strength is increasing each week.
To be honest once I am able to handle heavier weights I'm going to reduce my worksets down to 1 hard core rest pause workset (after a thorough warmup of course) and see if I continue making progress. If the progress continues I'll stick with it.
