A little more about Anja...

she competed in bodybuilding in late 80s...'88, '87.....and competed in the Olympia against Cory Everson....

she had a child and left competition....she just recently was married.....and there have been rumors about her competing again....especially with the current Ms. O...Juliette Bergman...hope i got that right....

Anja competed against her as well in the Ms. O against Cory....


I bought her book and used those beginning and intermediate routines when I first tried lifting wts....

Her book has some good solid info...one of the few that do...none of the "pink dumbbell" stuff or spot toning or reducing.....

most of the basics that are "preached" here on elite...cardio, clean diet and heavy wts....

Ahhhhhhh THAT'S how a female bodybuilder should look. Even if you ignore her beautiful face, she is still perfection IMHO.
