I am sooooo sore!!! butt hurts just to sit on it! Back...ufff tight and specially around neck...I have to learn to relax neck....
Diet has been good water has also been ^^...hate to pee, but LOL..it is crystal clear

Yes, all my stress is held in shoulders...
I have not tried them...I USED to be fine before...
I think I have reached the..."It never happened before" age...LOL...
Are they microwave heating pads? Or Electric?
I saw something that may be similar at the mall...in a cart...any brand you recommend?

jogged 45 minutes slower than slow 6.6...and loved my bicep and chest workout I had to jam them in together...Only 1 car household......so just in case manana I have no car I can do HITT...
