My food HAD ben great through the Holidays! I was really good...then came the first week of 2007 and whoooooooaaaaaa it seemed like my new years resolution was eat anything you want...LOL..
Not really THAT bad.....but knowing me...it was way off...
I even drank 4 beers!
WOW that had been a NO NO for a long long time!
Today was good leg workout...
I have been doing one body part per day, and keeping it to 4 tops 5 exercises...
doing pyramidal weight lowering reps...ascendent/descendent(???)
That's what i call it...12/10/8/6 reps..
It has kept me in pretty good shape...
only food gets in the way, and messes up my B O D Y...LOL...
I am kind of coming to terms with the only two parts of my body I dislike...
And I now know it is not the mass I do not like ...I think it is more about the skin...
The texture will never ever be the same again...and after 3 kids, and strech marks ay ay ay!!!
How do people who down size deal with that???
I know they are different things, but the skin did strech kids/ or muscle...
And it changes...
M1 3 egg whites 1/2 oats 1 Tbsp ground flax seed
M2 3 egg whites spinach 1finger size slce cheese, salsa...
