according to this site, i average 300G carbs 200g pro, and on a really good day, 50g fat. also, burning about 4500 cals throughout the day, (work/gym/RMR/sleep).

i feel really good, cutting all those carbs, like AI said, i used to eat about 500g+ of carbs and 100+g fat a day, feeling like shit most of the day, and tired.

if i miss a day of good calories, ill still get 2000, itll be mostly frozen/processed fooods, but im sure it wont effect the losing of the fat that much, maybe just delay it a day.

how do u guys feel about that site?

i use it regularly. nothing better than being able to predetermine what you need as far as macros for your next meals. my diet has been pretty pinpoint since starting it. i'm obsessed with weighing and measuring everything i eat now though and my wife thinks i'm an idiot. but hey, it's better than weighing my fat ass on a scale.

i average 1700-2000, there have been days where i eat 3000, and some days where i eat 1000. i usually go for 1800-2000 tho.

according to the Reports chart

I like the site, find it very helpful for tracking consumption, etc....but I don't trust that the calories burned is accurate....seems too high....

i got my RMR tested, it seems i burn 2500 cals throughout the whole day 'at rest', plus, my job i burn average 800 cals, in 4.5 hours, plus another 700 at the gym.

it equals about 4000.

i think tho, fit day bases ur basal calories on 2000, the average, even tho the averge persons are much lower.
