I’m 15% body fat and I’m 220 lbs and 6’3”
about to turn 40 years old and I would like to really get the most out of my workouts over the next few years
my doctor put me on trt about 2 years ago and it’s made a big difference
looking to use steroids and do a cycle for the first time.
I’m looking at deca and dbol together. Maybe 400mgs deca and 30mgs a day dbol for 10 weeks. Would this work good for bulking?
