first cycle advice liquatech cyp 250 and t400

hello im 19 and recently aquired 10ml of cyp 250 and 10 ml of t400 i got it from a friend who suggested taking one ml of the cyp twice a week followed by the same doses of the t400 when the cyp was gone i am currently trying to aquire nolvadex for a post and will not start until i have it i am 19 yo 6'2"tall 175 lb with around 8% bf. i trust my friend but would to hear it from the experts. is this ok? and what doses of nolvadex should i be taking for a post? i have looked around and the only thing i see a problem with in my research seems to be my age but the internet has so many opinions. thanks in advance your input will be taken into serious thought before i will start my cycle.

Well your own research was correct. Your too young to use steroids. You have plenty of natural test in your body. Dont be stupid, using juice this early can screw you up. In 3-4 years consider it, but save it for now. And your friend is an idiot for suggesting you take steroids at 19.
