Thanks bro, always feels good to get compliments from ppl that know what they're doing! This cycle is going to be crazy, diet is in check. Want to be 9-10% going on and come off same BF%...sounds possible right? Now im just searching videos how/where the best place to pin is and aspirating and shit. Fucking hates needles too..
