Bro this is more of a cutting diet at 2300 cals. Up to at 3000. You pmed saying you need things to bump cals wihtout bumping carbs? Add olive oil to your meals. 1tbsp = 149. You can easily fry a tuna STEAK in 2 tbsp of olive oil, giving you 290 unnoticed cals - and EFAs.
Do not worry about fat loss. It's not like it's gonna come on by the slabs. You will notice very little fat gain if you have some awesome muscle gains. Later on we'll help you with the cutting diet. You can bulk clean, but you have to do as the name says, bulk, and not cut. For you, 3000cals is a good start (Id go for 3500, it will give you OPTIMAL muscle gains).
You might gain muscle on 2300 and very little fat, but both will be in minimal quantities - something not worth the time IMO.
