I've been exhausted with finals this week but hopefully that will turn around soon. I hit a PR on the log press on Monday but just didn't have much gas in me. Just didn't have the drive to keep going...but I did all I could. It is highly likely I was feeling the effects of the hard training session of Sunday also...very sore.
