I've been exhausted with finals this week but hopefully that will turn around soon. I hit a PR on the log press on Monday but just didn't have much gas in me. Just didn't have the drive to keep going...but I did all I could. It is highly likely I was feeling the effects of the hard training session of Sunday also...very sore.

Here are a few highlights...

PLEASE SAVE THESE FILES SO THAT IT DOESN'T EAT UP ALL MY BANDWIDTH!!! :)

Several warm ups
290 log press, warm up
321 PR!!!, just didn't feel strong
290 x 1 again
240 x 3, showing off but still weak...

1 board press, 315 and 100 pounds of weight releasers
1 board, 315 x 5
band rows with 2 light bands
 
Built a new platform for the log press...works pretty well.

I also took some pics of my stretching and tractioning my shoulders. This really relieves a lot of stress on my rotator cuffs after I train. Make sure NOT to grab a hold of the band because that will cause you to use the muscles in the arm instead of relaxing them.

Why did you raise your leg during the OHP? I have done that but only when I feel like I pulled something down low around the lumbar region.

Sick job man. "BIG CLEAN!" I like the new platofrm too. Something fun to smash weights on for another year :)

Nice stretch pics too! That will really help!
