it's so stupid how people think food makes you fat and just lifting will make you bigger. of course i thought this too, but i was 10
 
Right now I can not afford to buy a lot of clean food. I eat a lot of tuna, oatmeal, peanut butter and jelly, cereal, milk, pasta, hamburger...and whatever left overs we have for dinner. My parents try to take me out to eat with them also and even bring me home food to eat later.

Junk food is better than no food. Muscle is a lot harder to build than fat is to take off. Those pics don't really show how lean I am at the moment. I can actually see my abs and you can't see the veins or the cross-striations in my quads in the last pic...

hmmm hey clint, how about making a journal on the diet board or something with a days worth of meals. Should be cool bro...up to you though, i'm sure a lot of people would find it interesting

I'll think about it. Some days I eat a metric ton of food and on others I just eat what I can. On stressfull days it is hard for me to eat. I have taken 5 tests and did 3 papers this week along with training and class. Some days I need to just spend a few hours on the couch or studying...more than I need to be eating...

Seeing veins in my legs today...noticed them in class...lol.

Yeah...I sometimes hate having big feet...a size 16 stinks to find...

Got on my scale today and weighed 287 at the END of my workout and have not had much food today...

i think your one of the few people on this board that could actually be successful in body building, power lifting, and strong man .

your huge man!!!

i think you should make a collage of those pics you posted a while back when you were my size (tiny) so you can see how much you've grown..

it really is inspirational.
