FEEDBACK? MM2k Increase Bench by 50 lbs

Hey all

Just wondering if anyone has tried this program before and what results did they get? Back when I used it I only lasted for 4 fucking weeks with an increase by about 30 lbs! FUCK

And the stupid shit was that I had to move so I just said fuck it, Im going to do that program another time.

Im thinking about doing this shit again, but using a cyclical diet (maybe some other things but ill see).

SO just wondering if any of you bros tried this program before.
Was it shit for you or did you have any success.

Ive been reading some feedback and it seems that the majority makes good gains up until the last week or two. Perhaps having to do with fatiguing the CNS a bit too much with low reps/heavy weight coupled with negatives? Im thinking this program would be great to use for the first 4 weeks, take 2 weeks off, and repeat. Dunno, hmmm.

My buddy and I have both done that program twice, au-natural, no juice. We did use creatine, though. We worked out in the morning on an empty stomach.. gains would be slightly better if you worked out with greater glycogen stores in an afternoon. You can expect a solid 40-50lbs, it just depends on how much room for growth you have. 265 to 305 was my second time through, I don't remember the first. This was several years ago, but it's a great basic program for an intermediate lifter.
