Is there a particular brand of product or your own concoction.
I'm thinking "ultra fuel" then a protein shake with creatine. (immediately after workout)
that's exactly what I do... Ultra fuel (i take the orange cause it has the most sugar carbs out of the all the ultra fuels - 30) and i mix my creatine and glutamine with it and then i take my Mass quantities triple threat 3/60 protein shake in skim milk.... mmmm.... 800 calories in 2 minutes..

Mine is usually 70g of maltodextrin (for 7iu) with 75g raw whey protein, 1 heaped teaspoon creatine, 2 table spoons of glucose. Mixed in skimmed milk with a milkshake flavouring.
