Fastest way to cut bodyfat

I am 5.7 185pounds around 20%bodyfat and feel that i look like shit i wanna cut down fast. i will go to a trip 1months and half from now and i want to look good.

I am arleady on 100mg of prop ed i keep the dose or lower it ?
i take also 0.5mg of adex eod

can i take clenbuterol while on atenolo(high blood pressure from test i think)


how much deficit can i take on 700mg of test prop weekly,fasted cardio? tell me yours advice i will do whatever it take,i have big will power, last summer i have done a 4 week psmf(natty) end up look skinny fat but i kept going until the last day.
 
There is no magical pill that will take off your weight. Clen will not have any noticeable affects at your bf%. Clen is used for the last little bf% along with a diet and cardio.
Recommend a sound diet low in carbs and about 500 calories below maintenance along with cardio 2 x per day for 40 minutes. May not get it all off but you will see a notable difference.
 
Charger is right on. Especially if you haven't been "dieting". The thing that will make the most immediate difference is dropping the carbs. Under 30 grams per day should be your goal.

That means no sugar, no bread, no pasta.

You'll drop a bunch of water within the first couple weeks. & if you're doing cardio 2x daily, you're gonna see some results.

I'm a big believer in fasted cardio for aiding a very low carb diet in fat loss.

Make sure, if you go vlc, to supp your electrolytes.

Use Morton light salt on your food
1200 mg calcium
600 mg magnesium
& hit a daily multivitamin.
 
Couple things
1) Phentermine to kill appetite
2) 150 a day of HCG to help get your body to attack fat instead of muscle
3) T3 about 50-75 a day to keep metabolism up.
4) An anabolic that is fairly strong to ensure you don't eat up lots of muscle.

1 kills your appetite so you don't eat much, 2 helps give you a better fat to muscle loss ratio, 3 keeps your metabolism from dropping like a rock, and 4 deals with any left over muscle loss that the others can't stop.
By using those 4 together you can drop to 1000 calories a day and drop weight in the rage of 1/2 to 1 lb a day and keep it up due to the t3 not letting your calorie burn drop. Make sure almost all of the calories you do eat are protein or that T3 will go hunting for protein in the form of muscles as you don't want it doing that.
 
DIET will be crucial,,,as well as adding some cardio on NON weight training days (I like HIT style cardio)
