Hey guys
I've been doing skullcrushers for years, and i've never had a problem
lately my elbows feel like glass tearing through my skin everytime I do flat bench skulls and some other fixed elbow movements
What are some workouts that are easy on the elbows that are just as effective for tri's as skulls?
