eggs while cutting

Is there anything wrong with eating them while trying to drop body fat? only 1 carb per egg, if theres nothing wrong with eating them while trying to drop BF....would it be okay to eat them at night? say as a last meal around 9-10pm? Not sure of how fast egg protein is used....
 
When cutting just take the whites (all the fat is in the yolk)

and eating those whites at night is a great idea since these are slowly digested proteins w/o carbs

i think eggs are great for cutting. they have fat and protein, which will keep your appetite satiated longer than egg whites alone.

that being said, they are fairly highly caloric, so you gotta take that into consideration. and if you're really worried about the fat sticking to your ribs, just don't eat carbs with them.
 
i eat whole eggs only. when bulking or cutting...but that is just me.

I think when trying to get a very low bodyfat like below 10% then i wouldn't be eating the whole egg. More like 1 whole to 4 egg whites.


but also I always eat eggs as my last meal before i go to bed.
 
oh yeah i also add turkey slices to the eggs.

raises the protein but no fat and carbs.....not to mention it tastes great :D
