I eat 7 dozen eggs a week 1dozen a day. How many yokes can I eat a day without causeing harm to my self cholesterol wise. I have never had a problem with high cholesterol and this old school bodybuilder I used to train with used to tell me to eat the whole thing white and the yoke. I thought that the majority of the nutrients was in the yoke? I do 4 hour of cardio a week and weight train 5 days a week. If I eat alot of yokes is that a bad thing?
