Cardio felt great, did an hour listening to the Evo podcast, love that time in the morning, body was dry, vascular and full, great day .

Energy: A week of bad sleep is catching up with me, I really need to get some longer sleep, this will be my focus going through the next week.

Not alot to report , I had a rest day today but did my morning cardio as I love it and missed it yesterday.
I am still dosing adex daily, I will keep going until these symptoms settle - I have aromasin on the way.
I will also do some bloods this week coming.
Back into the gym for push tomorrow - which I am really looking forward to.
Got a touchdown on the way from GSL, might even start the bulk early if my bloods check out.
I have been getting plenty of UV the past few days - starting to see the MT2 work, as you can see in my pics I posted earlier
