250lbs maxed out 12 reps

Lat pull downs
140lbs at 16 reps
160lbs at 10 reps this hurts bi

220lbs at 18 reps
250lbs maxed 15 reps
250lbs at 12 reps
Face pulls
60lbs at 15 reps
60lbs at 14 reps
Then did some ab work.
Did good workout fasted took my hgh then went to gym. Pump was still sick af. Looked lean at end of workout.
Food for day
1030am MRE bar
1pm chicken. Green Chile corn and rice
5pm muscle milk
7pm roast beef
9pm chicken rice
11pm muscle milk about to go drink this now..
Appreciate everyone's support. I'm gonna be careful wit the Bi but I can't take week off. I need to be shredded in a month or less. Still taking the anadrol so once I drop that I should lose lil water but like I have said in past many times I don't bloat much on drol if diet in check. Point and case right now. I think I can get full 6 pack on drol. 3 weeks maybe. We see wat happens. Feel good though right now. Open to any advice or ideas. Thank you all.
