Eat a nice sized meal right before bed and then have the appetite to slam breakfast in the am? I do it now, but I do cardio first thing in the am....want to limit my cardio to 3x a week, but afraid I wont have the appetite for breakfast.....maybe I should nix the late night feeding? Would just a shake and some peanuts be ok right before bed? Now I have a huge frosty shake with peanuts, a good amount of fiberous veggies...and some ff dip.......any thoughts?
