Eat a nice sized meal right before bed and then have the appetite to slam breakfast in the am? I do it now, but I do cardio first thing in the am....want to limit my cardio to 3x a week, but afraid I wont have the appetite for breakfast.....maybe I should nix the late night feeding? Would just a shake and some peanuts be ok right before bed? Now I have a huge frosty shake with peanuts, a good amount of fiberous veggies...and some ff dip.......any thoughts?
 
I find the bigger the meal I have in the night, the hungrier I wake up. Don't quite know why that is.

Nuts or any good fats are good to have before bedtime, especially when eaten with protein.
 
Me too cut. I think the stomach stretches from the pm meal, so it is hungier/more room to be "empty" in the am.
 
what do you guys typically eat in bed? Never do cardio in the am, first thing???? what are your stats, i.e. bulking or cutting? I really need to cut down on my cardio if I want to put on a lb.....
 
Fat+protein. Something like peanut butter and chicken breast, or some almonds and cottage cheese.
I am never hungry when I wake up, whether I have eaten before bed or not.

You know my stats from the Training board.
