Here's a crazy idea:

Everyone is different and different things work better for different people.

I TOLD YOU IT WAS NUTS!!!

p.s. For the love of god someone please lock this retarded thread already...

Why would this thread be locked?

I eat 1.5 g of protein per pound of bodyweight, and consume most of my carbs early in the day or post workout. I only consume simple carbs after training. This works best for ME, cutting carbs too much is detrimental to my performance. Experiment and find out what works best for YOU.-WULF

Doesn't surprise me though. All the legit threads get locked up immediately and drivel like this goes on and on...

There is not much evidence that muscle acidity (lactic acid) produces muscular fatigue.

It seems that most evidence points to some correlation like that though. I once knew a rower who naturally had a lactic acid deficiency, and his endurance was astounding. He was also naturally extremely jacked, and is in the US olympic 8.

Actually, people who have lactic acide deficiencies are the main argument against the theory that lactic acid causes muscle fatigue. More of the evidence suggests that muscle fatigue is due to an increase in inorganic phosphate from the breakdown of ATP.
