Heres an example of my days sups and meals on a lifting day any criticism or comments very welcome
7.30 coffee
75g oats, 10g sultanas, 10g almonds, tble spoon honey, 1.5g creatine , made with half 2% half water,
Protein shake with a gelatine sachet
Banana pint water
10.15 sups Animal pump, calcium/vit d ,2 xfish oil caps 2 x garlic caps, vit c, Bcaa an Dbol liver 52 washed down with pint of water
11.00 LIFTING pint water
12.15 170 g chic breast , 50g spinach, 100g sweet pot , 45 g broccoli

Sugar free jello

3.00 can tuna or 200g steak medallion 100g cot cheese green salad

2garlic caps , 2fish oil caps ,Bcaa, liver 52
Shake
6.00 150g lean turkey or fish salmon/cod with green leafy veg

Cup green tea
7.30 15 almonds 5ml olive oil,5ml omega 3 oil , Bcaa 2 garlic , 2 fish oil liver 52

9.00 casein 45 g with water
Sleep around 10hrs
This is my diet 3 days per week on lifting days , the other days my breakfast would be fruit and fibre or shredded wheat and a banana , then at 10.15 a couple pieces of fruit apple/pear/banana
On lifting days I don't eat at 10.15 as animal pump needs an empty stomach to fully work.
