I've always done ok on 1% so we'll see if my theory is correct. I don't normally drink a lot of milk so it could potentially backfire on me. I want to bump my calories up by a few hundred and milk is the only thing I can think of that I can eat/drink that won't take too much extra time to ingest. Work is really getting in the way.
