I've always done ok on 1% so we'll see if my theory is correct. I don't normally drink a lot of milk so it could potentially backfire on me. I want to bump my calories up by a few hundred and milk is the only thing I can think of that I can eat/drink that won't take too much extra time to ingest. Work is really getting in the way. :chomp:

It's what the Army called them so I just stuck with it. You lie on the floor, shoulders blades off of the floor, arms crossed over chest, feet off of the floor about six inches... then you just start alternating 'fluttering' your feet. You go until you can't hold up your feet. :)

Side note: Adding milk to the routine diet... 1%. I want to see if it's the right type of calorie to add to my body right now. I'll find out in about two weeks if it was a bad idea. :worried:


I am going to try those flutter kicks, I need some new ab work, I get bored with it.

I love milk, it makes me grow like crazy, skimmed milk with whey post workout all the time.

There was a great article in MD about how the proteins in milk not only trigger insulin strongly, but IGF-1.

Atta girl! Kill those abs. :)

When I was younger, I drank milk like cows were going on the endangered species list. It worked great then, but with this disease/allergy I don't know how my bod is going to react to that much dairy. Hopefully all goes well. I want that 15lbs of muscle!!!
