It's what the Army called them so I just stuck with it. You lie on the floor, shoulders blades off of the floor, arms crossed over chest, feet off of the floor about six inches... then you just start alternating 'fluttering' your feet. You go until you can't hold up your feet.
Side note: Adding milk to the routine diet... 1%. I want to see if it's the right type of calorie to add to my body right now. I'll find out in about two weeks if it was a bad idea.
