The shoulder was 12 years ago... no problems now. Just stiffness, once in a while, but never pain. It didn't require surgery and I have it checked every other year. :) I've never really liked the uprights, but I like how my back/shoulders respond to them. Any suggestions on what I should swap them out with?

Since you are already doing presses and raises the only thing I'd suggest is adding in a rear delt motion. Uprights just cause so many impingements during the motion that they just aren't worth it.

Cheers,

Damn, just noticed that I forgot to list abs on Tuesday... same as on Sunday: Russians and flutter kicks to fatigue.

flutter kicks? almost sounds like what i do if it were given a name.

i lay on a flat bench an do a knee raise and then kick my legs straight in the air squeezing the upper abs then repeat.

It's what the Army called them so I just stuck with it. You lie on the floor, shoulders blades off of the floor, arms crossed over chest, feet off of the floor about six inches... then you just start alternating 'fluttering' your feet. You go until you can't hold up your feet. :)

Side note: Adding milk to the routine diet... 1%. I want to see if it's the right type of calorie to add to my body right now. I'll find out in about two weeks if it was a bad idea. :worried:

I use 2 cups, twice a day right now for the whey protein... probably add 4 more over the day and see how I feel.
