dieting question?

if your macros and caloric intake are spot on, does it matter if you drink something like milk or eat salmon in those calories. Today i had 250ml of milk and a 6 oz piece of grilled salmon, it was the only decent option at school today. I know its not bad food, and for the last 2 weeks my diet has been really spot on mates, so i know doing that once every so often isnt a big deal, but like i said if macros and calories are good will it make a big difference if someone ate something like that daily, and if it does matter how so?

FYI im not going to do it daily, i have about a glass of milk a week, and usually white fish every day but today there was only salmon or sauce covered chicken, so i opted for the salmon. Just trying to understand the process more.

Thanks

Wynter

ur fine wynter. you just don't want to make a staple of your diet. i make my morning post cardio shake with fatfree milk probably 2 cups worth. the other two are with water. and i've been out eat and salmon was the only decent fish they had it's just one of the fattier fishes but still healthy as hell compared to steak for example.

I'm not going to eat that stuff unless there are no better options or cheat days, which i usually have steak and a glass of milk. I was just curious if your macros were good including those items how it was bad for your diet. Just trying to understand more about dieting is all.
