Right after I complete my workout, I drink a 50 gram Protein(Whey)/50 gram Carbohydrate(Grapejuice) SHAKE.
Then about 1hr to 90 minutes later, I consume a LEAN source of meat like chicken, Sirloin, Salmon, Lean Roast beef, and a GOOD LOW-glycemic carbohydrate source such as yams, potatoes, or whole wheat pasta.
If you want a whole food meal w/ low fat then stick w/ canned tuna or boneless skinless chicken breasts.
That's about as good as you're gonna get.
Those foods have very little fat and the rate of digestion will not be that effected from such a minimal amount of fat.
dude cutting is more about manipulating carb sources, not fat. not to say that you can drink cups of animal fat - but you need a tiny amount of fat in at least the majority of your meals. head down to the diet board for more info... i believe this is the AAS forum.

actually i just re read the post and he didn't mention cutting. but dieting is still about manipulating carbs relative to how your body responds - more carbs for bulking and less while cutting. fats just can't be eliminated with real food and you can't build a diet around protein powder.
