Diet Plan On Cycle

Hey guys,

Can anyone help me out with a diet plan? I'm looking to lean down a bit but not too much, just enough to show my abs plus I also want to gain lean muscle as I am on cycle now.
My details:
Age: 31
Weight: 85kg
BF: 18%
I have been training for ten years and do 6 weight training sessions and 4 cardio sessions a week.

I'm currently using 750mg Test E and 250mg deca each week. Plus a low dose of Letrozol and B6.

Any advice greatly appreciated, thanks.
 
Drop the deca.....not the best for a cut.

You should of started cutting naturally and got your bf % down to around 12% before hopping on cycle.

You do this because you find out what diet works for you then when you hop on the juice it will amplify the effects that you were able to produce by tuning in your diet before you cycle.

To get the most out of each cycle you have to train and diet your ass off up to the start of it. Not start training your ass off at the start of your cycle.


Some tips for leaning out though.
Do only sweet potatoes and oatmeal for carbs. (1-3 a day)
Pick 0-1 servings of fruit a day.
Pick 1 serving of fat a day.
Lots and lots of protein with cooked greens.

Train your ass off with the weights and hit the cardio bike in sessions that do not effect your weight training. Start with 3-4 20-25 minute sessions a week. Each week bump up the cardio by 1 more session. Do this until you notice fatique in your lifting. Back the cardio sessions off by 2 and stay there for the rest of the cycle. That is your set point for cardio.
