i want to know if I should avoid salt, pepper and diet pepsi from my actual diet and if I should switch to 8 instead 6 meals a day. My main goal is to get cut and reduce water retention.
Yeah you can avoid common salt(sodium) and diet pepsi
the aspartame is in no way gonna help you except giving you the sweet taste.. There are numerous researches coming out about the bad taste effects which aspartame can put on your brain... So water or caffeine drinks would be of great help instead of pepsi
I generally dont avoid pepper till the last day of my contest dieting.. As i consider various spices also help in fat burning ..
But would like to know from others if pepper is harmful for contest preperation????
